RTEL is a leading Greek Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) service provider and software developer. Its expertise covers solutions for the hospitality, business, health and public sectors. The company was established in 1993, the headquarters are based on the Island of Rhodes-Greece, and since 2008 there is a branch office in Athens. RTEL has acquired significant technological know-how and expertise through its regular participation in national and international projects as well as through its clients' operations in a wide range of market sectors. There are 25 full-time employees, most of them with significant academic background and specializations in ICT. RTEL has a continuous presence in the Information and Communication Technologies research with its participation in national and international RTD projects, co-funded by the Greek General Secretariat of Research and Technology, the European Union under the FP6/FP7 and the AAL Programmes, and other organizations. Additionally, it has a strong experience in the management and technical supervisor of such projects.
